If you have not been to Railroad yet you NEED to set an appointment! I wanted 3 teeth pulled, all done without a problem and explained in detail every step of the way. Did I mention at an affordable price? That alone is, what, 3-4 stars? They get 5 because the level of professionalism and teamwork all hands displayed, from the front to the back. I saw Dr. Nia and her assistant Leslie for some dental work yesterday, Monday, October 8, 2019. It was a very positive experience. They really put me at ease before the procedure and explained what they were doing throughout the work. I am very pleased with the Railroad Dental Associates. I am very happy I chose them when I picked a new dental location

This dental practice is truly exceptional!!!! GREAT customer service & care from the receptionists, billers, dental hygienicists & technicians, to the doctors! Top notch practice. Hats off to Dr. Kathy, Bonnie(she's the BEST), Ashley, Kimberly & THE ENTIRE STAFF! THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A DENTAL PRACTICE!!!

Wow, what a great practice!!!. The staff makes you feel so welcome as soon as you arrive. Dr Psihas is an amazing doctor!!! I can tell she enjoys doing what she does. She is gentle, caring and makes you feel comfortable. I love the fact the she takes the time to explain every dental detail and makes sure you have a great smile. The administrator there is Susan. I was so nervous and scared, I have had bad experiences from past dentists before I came here to Railroad Dental. Was getting a crown today. Dr Nia and her staff reassured me it will be fine and not to worry. Dr Nia and her assistant Linda showed such genuine professionalism, concern and care about me. Have been a patient of RDA since 2015. Very professional and kind, caring staff from reception on up. Do a great job with my preventative care. Doctors do thorough exams. Very clean, spic and span office top to bottom. Highly recommend this office.Goodie bags are cool.

I am so grateful for Ashley, who patiently explained that getting insurance wasn't always about coverage, it was about getting the prices available to those "members" of the insurance. I may not be explaining it as well as she, but I now have insurance coverage--and a $660 savings. The front office is as professional as the back office.
