I have been a patient for a couple of months now, but I must say the staff there is one of a kind. From start to finish they treat you with kindness and professionalism. Today I got my tooth pulled, the entire time the dental assistant and the doctor explained the procedure. Keep in mind this was not with the dentist I originally saw (who I must say is superb) he treated me like he had worked with me this entire time. But truly the icing on the cake was when I received a call this evening from the doctor himself inquiring about how I felt. FANTASTIC patient care! This office is truly a class act!

I was worried about finding a new dentist, getting an appointment the same day for an emergency, and my insurance. Everyone was so nice, and they were immediately more willing to spend time talking with me over the phone to figure out my insurance than the other local practices I called. When I got there everyone was again very nice and approachable, the facility was lovely and I didn't have to wait long. Both my dentist and dentist assistant were friendly, empathic, and did a great job on my tooth! Plus, I could afford it!

This was a great first experience for me at Railroad Dental Associates. The hygienist that I saw was a really friendly and informative and explained everything that was happening and that she was doing. The dentist himself was really friendly and understanding. I was also really impressed by the receptionists at the front. They had some problems locating my insurance and she took her time to make sure that she could fix that problem even though it took 25 minutes. So in all I would highly recommend this dental practice and definitely go back.
