Amazing dental office it was my first time and they made me feel right at home! Starting from the booking process all the way till I walked out !! Amazing staff and workers 10/10 definitely making this my new spot!
Front desk is understanding, good listeners to clients, best customer services and even happy to take suggestions. X-ray staff knows what needs to accomplish and caring to keep patients in comfort zone. Dental specialist cares about their patients especially toddlers and changes her ways of doing as required also, gives many gifts. Dentist GILL is an expert who goes over patients past history and provides professional advise what can be done, talks about family and spends satisfactory time. We're so happy to go there.
I recently visited Stoney Trail Dental for a cleaning and was very happy with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. During my appointment, Dr. Brar was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He explained each procedure clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Dr Gill was very patient and had compassion with my mother today. My mother is 90 years old. She told me what was needed done, and it would probably take another visit, I explained I probably wouldn't be able to get her back in, so she changed the plan and took care of everything in one visit. The front desk was very patient with me when I would book an appointment, and then I would have to cancel, because my mother wouldn't go. Thanks to all the staff. I'm not impressed with this dental office at all. They only hear what they want to hear. When I tried to tell them my implants r not right. They told me that's the way my mouth is. I'm a 65 yr old person and never had an overbite before. $13000 later out of my own pocket im left with teeth i dont like and not comfortable with. They make themselves sound so good. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Stoney Dental, Calgary, throughout my Invisalign journey. I started my treatment in 2023 with 37 trays to complete, but from the very beginning, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. When I first started wearing the aligners, the adjustments were extremely uncomfortable and caused painful scratches inside my mouth.
