Tim Kyle was extremely punctual and respectful every step of the way. Lance was the lead technician on my job, and he did a great job of clearly laying out the process while making helpful suggestions along the way. He also had some unforeseen things he needed to work around due to drywall work during the second stage of his install, and he did so without complaining and keeping the newly painted basement fully intact. Tim Kyle, and especially Lance, were awesome and I will definitely use them in the future!Â
Never used Tim Kyle Electrical Service before and I had 3 smoke alarms replaced within 48 hours after I had LOUD alarm issues on a Sunday night!! Replaced them with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. One of them was about 12-14 feet high and i was not climbing a ladder to deal with HARD_WIRED alarms. The other big boys were 1-2 weeks out.....when I called TKES a live person answered the phone.
