Tim Kyle was extremely punctual and respectful every step of the way. Lance was the lead technician on my job, and he did a great job of clearly laying out the process while making helpful suggestions along the way. He also had some unforeseen things he needed to work around due to drywall work during the second stage of his install, and he did so without complaining and keeping the newly painted basement fully intact. Tim Kyle, and especially Lance, were awesome and I will definitely use them in the future!
Never used Tim Kyle Electrical Service before and I had 3 smoke alarms replaced within 48 hours after I had LOUD alarm issues on a Sunday night!! Replaced them with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. One of them was about 12-14 feet high and i was not climbing a ladder to deal with HARD_WIRED alarms. The other big boys were 1-2 weeks out.....when I called TKES a live person answered the phone. The work was done in a professional manor, the technician was prompt and courteous. I thought the price for the work was high, it seemed expensive for the job at hand.
The service was outstanding. The person that setup the appointment was very professional and the service technician, Lance Graham was on time, very professional and knowledgeable, and did a great job fixing our problem. Thank you for your wonderful service.
The Electrician that came out was very professional. He addressed all our current concerns and made reasonable recommendations for the near future to address longer range goals. We have used this company for many years and will continue to call them for all our electrical needs.

Recommendations are presented as needed, without a "hard sell". Although services cost more than competitors, we are comfortable placing our trust in this Company.
