The technicians were polite and respectful. They let me know when they would be coming within a two hour window and called 20 minutes before they arrived. They were thorough in their inspection and assessment of the problem. They gave me detailed information about possible future upgrades to my home.
I now have a electrician that I can trust, do a neat and professional job, and offer the protection my home needs. Chad is very courteous, professional, prompt, and skilled. He explained what he would do, how much it would cost, and whether there were any alternatives or recommendations related to the work that needed to be done. In the course of his work, Chad took precautions to protect the surrounding areas and when the work was completed, he made sure everything was neat and in order. The Service Technicians were great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The one quickly went about the task of hanging the new fixture while the other performed an inspection of my electrical system. The new fixture was hung in no time in an open foyer and I was presented various quotes for work they would recommend to make the house safer and more in line with today's code (house was built in '77). Technician arrived on time and determined the work required to upgrade our pool pump and lighting. Technician worked with me on equipment arrangement prior to installation. All work was done very neatly with no mess. Could not be happier about the overall experience.
