Although I only had a small job, I was treated like a customer who was giving them a much larger project. The Technician, Chad, was on time, explained the job and cost thoroughly, was very knowledgeable and when he discovered an unexpected problem he was able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. He was very courteous and professional as he addressed all my questions and concerns. The representative was timely for the appointment. We felt he was knowledgeable and efficient... quick to find the issue, present estimates/options and complete the work. We were impressed with the attention he (and obviously the company) gave to being mindful and respectful of the customers home by wearing shoe covers, while in the home. Greatly appreciated!!
