I do not recommend using this company for their services. I own a few properties and have a home warranty. For 1 of the properties, my warranty routed me through another company that was kind and took the time to talk to me, but this company for the other 3 didn't even try more than once to call to setup the needed Pre-Season Heating Checks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This is my first negative review, ever. We had a home warranty being done on our AC system and Yazd was the only provider offered. When the technician showed up he quoted me a homeowner price that was different than my warranty company provided. When I contacted "Sean" who said he was the owner, he said he "had to get paid" and that he was going to send his team home. I asked for some time to get my warranty company on the phone. MY AHS has assigned me this useless & unprofessional people for My AC Repair. The 3rd class bitch that answers the Phone don't know ABCD of customer service & always have get around answers instead of straight forward for my AC Repair or arrival of Technicians. Poor service. Cheaters, took my AC blower assembly to office without asking and AC unit has not been repaired so far. No response to my emails and calls. I would rate them a poor company that simply doesnot care customers.
unprofessional, comes without equipment or ladder and leaves never to show up.
Like many others, Yazd was referred to us by our home warranty company. We had a water leak in our ceiling and I assumed it was the heat pump which was located directly above the leak. Yazd came out and initially told me they would clean the drain pipes and install an ez trap to avoid any future issues with excess water. Moments later, the tech wanted to test my outside unit and then told me I had a leak in the system and the evap coil was freezing up and causing the water damage.
