Our insurance provider selected YAZD to handle our AC issue. In the beginning of July, we asked them to come out and take a look because it kept cutting off randomly. We had to call them out four times and each time they said they did not know the cause and could not diagnose it - the last time we asked them to come out was in the middle of August. We also had to request that they send us the invoice after each visit because days afterward, we were still without one; we are still waiting on the invoice from August's service ... read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALMA, their "Office Manager". Rude and down right unprofessional. She didnt even know the office mailing address when I asked for it, so that I could send a letter to the owner about the issues we were having AND she refused to give me the owners last name. Technician - awesome. Office staff - atrocious!!! Alma lies, is overtly condescending, has ZERO compassion and desperately needs some customer service training - I cringe to think how she 'manages' the office. Complete scam artists. I have had the same experience as many using a home warranty. First time he came out, he stated the compressor was fine and that I need to spend $553 to clean out the condenser line and add Freon....and oh by the way, the warranty doesn't cover it. Two days later the A/C crashes again and he comes back out despite my request with the warranty company to change techs and it was determined the compressor was bad.
