I just ordered an ECM for my truck after doing an internet search and comparing other sites. The young lady that answered my call was extremely helpful, very good atitude. She new her stuff helped me step by step. Now I have to wait a few days to get my ECM, install it and finaly with luck have no more problems with it
Every staff member I dealt with - delivered INCREDIBLE customer service. Module wasn't for me or my vehicle. The staff couldn't do enough to help me as I worked to help a friend in need.
