Great product and customer service transaction. Answered all my questions & concerns. Supplied a perfect auto computer product. Worked perfectly in my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee - and saved me more than $500 on the dealer OEM cost for part. Dealer wanted $850 for computer and Computer Exchange was $300. I had been to the dealer several times to diagnose and repair my 06 Dakota, which mysteriously would go into limp mode, no shifting clutches engaged, w/check engine lite and transmission o'heat lite on.
