Took 2 days to get the computer. Followed the directions, installed. Car ran great! Great help! Should of bought from them before taking my car to the dodge dealer. Thanks

Do not give these people any of your money. They sent my computer for my Jeep back saying it could not be repaired and kept some of my money. From the reviews I find they do this to just about everyone. They charged me $161.00 just to tell me they could not fix it so you might as well buy a new one with a warranty with it for that.

It has been a rollercoaster dealing with this module. Sent it in for repairs, installed it, 16 miles later I'm stranded. Send it back for repairs, installed it, started once then wouldn't run again. Sent it in again, received and reinstalled, started perfectly and then died backing down the driveway. I'm being told it worked perfectly on the tester each time, that there is nothing wrong with it, that there is nothing they can (will) do about it. Customer service is a joke they never return my calls or emails I had to send the same information to them 3 times before they actually got it it's beyond me how they get a 4.9 star rating it took 10 days for me to receive my 2-day priority package when it got here is so the same codes I had before so I'm returning it for a refund if you want quality service and fast shipping stay away from these clowns.

I work for a repair shop and our company placed an order, sent in our core part and received the computer within the time frame promised by the company but it was not programmed so we were instructed to send it back. We were told this would take about a week. After 3 weeks we started calling customer service wanting an update on the part because our customer is upset that it's taking so long and of course C/S had no answer. 2 bad computers. Sent both back. They kept a 200 reprogramming fee and a 30.00 restocking fee. Horrible customer service Be sure to read all the fine print. They’re robbers!

They will only refund 50% of your money paid. If they advertised that, it would be more honest. The ECM was like all the other companies rebuilds. Shipping to me was about 8 days after my order. I see how they can offer the warranty at this point. If the keep 50% of everyone that returns, they still turn a profit.

Avoid these guys at all cost. Their dodge PCM was bad on install , car runs fine with original PCM but has check engine light on. We sent theirs back as requested a month ago , their manager Brian has failed to send a replacement and stopped calling us back. They also haven’t issued a refund.

Never asked for the date of manufacture in the form but called requesting it, which I gladly gave them so they would ship the pcm out and then I wait three more days and they said I never called back and gave them the date they needed I’m pisssssssedd
