only sorry i cant give them zero stars. bought an ecm for a dodge truck that was running badly. new part wouldnt start truck at all. returned it and was told it would take 10 days to get a new one in the mail. asked for a refund but only got 1/2 back for restocking fee and programming fee. called to complain and basically told i was SOL. bad business. do not use.
If you like getting the runaround and being lied to then this is the place for you! I purchased a PCM from this place a year ago, after I still had issues with my truck I got a mechanic to tell me I need to replace my PCM...again. I ordered another from these deceptive thieves only to be told the new one should be at my house within 3-5 days. It has been over a month since we ordered our part and we have called several times only to be asked the same questions each time about our order which we gave information for more than once. We live about 2 hours from this company and should have received it by now. We are moving and we have a brand new baby and we have been trying to get this part so that we can fix our car and get on with our lives to focus on other things that need our attention. This place has been the worst so far.

my check engine light came on, I checked the code, it was p0601 which is a internal memory failure in the pcm, I ordered one, I installed it per the instructions and when I tried to drive my truck It would not shift out of first gear at all, (it did before), so I removed it and put the old one back in, the truck runs and shifts like it did before so there must be something wrong with the one they sent me,I returned it and they received it on may 24th 2018, and I still have not gotten my refund, even after several e-mails bac... read more
Awful customer service. Won’t return calls. Left on hold forever when by return emails. And terribly rude phone operators I normally will not post negatively on fb but your non existent customer service leaves me no choice. Stay away!!!
you are such a thief's, a year ago bought a computer and was great then i order again another one but by mistake i paid for two, then i sent an email asking to send me only one and i explain the story and asked for a refund. they refund me only 50$ and deduct 150$ as a tax for the order of one year ago and the current order, specifically they have charged me 150$ extra very bad service and communication, the team communicate with you only to take money not to understand you
Three months and three attempts at repair on a PCM for a Mercury Mariner, still not repaired, vehicle will run but has code for ignition coil driver #1. I am going by the three strikes and you are out rule. My customer has patiently waited for the last 3 months to get their vehicle back..... in running order. Horrific communication. Placed an order because their website says 24-48 hr delivery. I could write a book about how crappy the service is. A week later, inquired, where’s my computer? No invoice (like they promised) no NOTHING. Said it would be on my doorstep in a couple days. Was very patient. End of the day, they BS’ed me for three weeks.
