I received my new unit in a timely manner, which is great. Unfortunately, the new unit sends to much power to my battery. I have emailed and called to try to resolve the issue, and have not gotten a response. I also never recieved notification of my warranty being activated.
Still awaiting a positive response about a solution to a problem created. We sent an ECM in for repair... once returned the original problem was resolved, but a new one was created... it was sent in for a 2nd repair and returned without improvement. . 6 weeks out of service and they refuse to offer a solution. The tech even told us the owner wrote the return policy with profit in mind and does not care about customers.
CROOKS TOOK MY MONEY.
Unfortunately I had a terrible experience, everyway they could drop the ball they did. The first unit was defective, and we were told they would ship a new one as soon as the bad computer was received. That phone call took place on Tuesday, and we would get the new computer by the following Monday at the latest. Never received anything. Waited until Wednesday to call. I wish I would have looked them up on here before ordering. Almost $1200 for the ecm no information for two weeks even with me calling to find out. I canceled and then they send one the same day. The first one sent had the wrong VIN number (not according to them). So I then had them repair my core. Two weeks later the core came to me in worse condition then when I sent it out. I ordered a PCM for my 07 Edge, I had to contact the company a couple of times to find out where it was at, I finally got it and my truck is fine now . . . .
I ordered a p/c , got it and it still had the old vin in it so i sent it back for refun and they only gave me half of my money back plus they kept my old p/c and never gave me a core charge. This is the last place i would go for car computer! Bennie
Very satisfied. Very quick and professional company and service.
Would never use this company again, 24-48 hour ship time is a crock, been 11 days still no computer. They ship USPS the crummiest delivery on the planet. Buy local if your vehicle is your lifeline. Their website looks good and they give a good spill but it is not back up with quality service.
