I provided Computer Exchange with the serial number make model everything they asked. It made no difference. Very disappointed in this product . And was never sent a credit for my old computer which I sent into them.

I ordered a PCM from this company with the expectation of the PCM being remanufactured and delivered within 2 days with the correct software version. Two days later I called and inquire and was told the package was returned for some odd unknown reason so I provided an alternate delivery address to a UPS PO box so I can confirm and track shipping. Two weeks later Chrysler dealer repair the car at a cost of $900 and I called car Computer Exchange to inquire on the package. I was told that they dropped the package off into thei... read more

I ordered one for my Dodge Dakota and it would start loading up after running for about 10 seconds. I got another one somewhere else and it worked fine. They don't want to refund my money and are saying they tested it and it was fine. All I know is that it didn't work for me
the computer came plug and play not a single problem.
I've had no problem with the PCM other than the fact that it took my mechanic a month to put it in and test it. They did send me an email stating I had 7 days to send the core back or lose my warranty. I called them up and told them I sent the core to them the day I received the re-programmed unit. They said okay there's been a mistake. Hopefully its straightened out.
