The worst company in US... They sell me one module that don't work. I try to call and email them more than 10 times...and no one could help me. No respect for the customers. They just want to sell, no support. And also sell products that don't work. Their module had more erros code than my old one. Now I just wasted my money Never by from them.
Out to take advantage of people. Theymake their money of of ripping you off. I paid $278.00 for a computer and I was only refunded $138.00 after all of their rip off charges. My advice to all Veterans is do not buy from these rip offs.

I have a 2007 Chrysler town ad country,bad computer,no shift,ect. ordered a remaned computer. no problem,seems o k ....so I cant complain. im now alarmed by all the neg. comments im reading. they are NOT flying out to install the damn thing,I don't expect Christmas giftseeither. the girls seemed nice enough,but come to think of it,they they never expressed any intrest in meeting me personally....damn people!
I got an ecm from them that is so missed up that my car didn't even run with it. I called them explained the situation and they asked me to send it back, so they can look at it. they called back saying nothing wrong with and they send back to me already (like What am I going to do with a broken peace). after fighting on the phone with them, they transferred my to a supervisor who think he knows everything and after a long conversation he said in a rude way " Just sen it back and I will refund you" I did and now they saying t... read more
They sent the part I asked for and it worked. Is good. Funny that should be out of the ordinary.
The review below mine is almost exactly the same experience I had. Only difference is this company didn't have the remanufactured computer they were supposed to sell me in stock. Claimed the one they had was defective and they were attempting to locate another one. DO NOT send yours in for the warranty until you have a product in hand. Tried to charge me "restocking fees" when they didn't have anything to restock.
