I admit that they were quick to send out the PCM I ordered and they were quick to replace/reflash it when it was flashed incorrectly, both times. However, the PCM never resolved the emissions issue (CEL for O2 sensors). I replaced the O2 sensors, twice. The PCM still didn't clear the code. I finally took it to a dealer and they are telling me the PCM has no out put to the sensors and that the sensors and wiring from the PCM to the sensors are fine. It's now going to cost me $1400 bucks for a new PCM and I'm out $850 for Car ... read more

BUYER BEWARE. i am extremely unsatisfied. They say they have a refund policy but it is not visible anywhere during the purchasing process. The customer service rep just informed me that it is visible on a computer, but he would have to look at why it was not showing on an ipad. What you find out later is that the refund is partial (less than 50% of what I paid). It involves a 25% restock fee PLUS $50 reprogramming fee (which they charge to next customer anyway) plus $19.95 return shipping fee. Total scam. Check consumeraffair... read more

Got a computer board, never worked and when I called they wanted my mechanic to talk to their tech. Before they would exchange it. 3 hours before a tech. Is available, that tells me they put out a lot of bad parts and that keeps their techs.busy

I had what I found out was a computer problem, on my truck. It was going to coat around $600 (not including programming) to have a mechanic fix it. I found Car Computer exchange, on the web, and got my computer (preprogramed) for $250. I got it in the mail, and it took about 10 minutes to change it out. Now, the problem is gone, and my truck runs great.

When purchasing a replacement ECM unit I was told that instillation was straight up. No need to have keys reprogrammed. I even paid extra for that reason. Not so. Cost me and extra $150.00 to reprogram keys to make vehicle run. Unit works fine but did not function as advertised.

Sent me the wrong part I returned it as instructed. . They have refused to return my money or my core. Brian the owner ducks my calls and refuses to return my calls. Tells me I'll send a request to have your money returned but that didn't happen. I think this business is so scam and hope the authorities can help. Civil litigation is in the future for this guy. .

Shady company. Sent me a faulty ECM and won't take it back with a 25% handling fee, and a $50 flash fee. So I am out $120. Too bad they won't work with me because I own a repair shop and purchase many ECM/PCM's throughout each year. Don't give them your hard earned money. Now I have a customer that has waited for the unit to arrive from across the country, only to have to locate another one and wait even longer, while I eat any profit I had in the repair job.
