Run from this company. They sold me the wrong computer for my jeep and will not refund the money. Two master mechanic's tried to explain to the problem to the manager(Bryan) but he is to arrogant to listen. I delt with this for 4 months trying to get paid back. The results were I had to buy another computer and I have one from Car Computer that doesn't work.
67% Negative 17% Positive on BBB! SCAMMERS! I ordered a Pcm unit for my 2001 Dodge Ram. I gave them my make model and vin number and the part number to the Pcm. They sent the wrong part that didn't even go to my truck it went to a different make/model that's what I was told by the dealership. I paid $308.87 they are taking $100.00 out for a $55.00 scan Fee and and a total 25% out of the ENTIRE ORDER! Do yourself a favor and Stay away from this company they will rip you Off!
These MORONS have ZERO quality contoll. and there return policy is ridiculous it has been 2weeks and the same run around time after time. Their return policy is rigged against you making a return so have no hopes of seeing a dime refunded if any one has questions please call me 205.647.3300
They are liers. They want to charge 25% processing fee and all that. They sold me a computer that would start my car but wouldn't shift out of first gear and the car would go into limp mode and my service engine light would stay on. The indicator light to tell what gear your in wouldn't illuminate and had a 8 after drive. Be careful dealing with them. They won't stand behind their products.
