They have a great product, but are lacking in communication. I had to contact them 4 different times thru emails and phone call for status of my purchase, no email came to me unless I contacted them first. This is too bad since they have a great product and it worked correctly when installed. one other thing is they could have a bit more installation instructions as my car needed it's throttle sensor recalibrated after the install and it wasn't in the instructions, but fortunately I found it quickly on an internet search an... read more

**update- I spoke with Brian who actually checked on our part and was helpful. He explained the delay to me, sent me the receipt and said he would follow up with me today as to the status** Absolutely horrible and rude customer service and they do not keep their 3-5 day guarantee. BBB Case: 11125861 Contacted the Media Check BBB, they do this to a lot of people and claim the units test fine at their facility so they never fully refund for their faulty and poor products. Once or twice sure, but not nearly 70 complaints!! We will update this if the matter is resolved. *****BEWARE DO NOT BUY HERE****** I received the "refund" this morning (4/25) It's $200 SHORT! This company is absolutely the worst the girls to answer the phone are actually in a hurry only God knows to do with next but they always put you on hold they don’t want to talk to you I don’t want to answer any questions not accompany you want to deal with believe me there’s plenty of other companies out there to get you a computer for your car
slow slow slow, wife called to check on status, was treated horribly, returned 1st ECM, after installation check gauges light came on then whole system went dead. Hope for better results of replacement ( a week after received at factory)! Beware!
I ordered a pcm for my 04 ram 1500 from them on a sunday. On monday they said i didnt have the correct part number so i went home took a picture of the chrystler serial numbers and emailed them. On tuesday they siad it still wasnt right so i went home and pulled it and took pictures of every side and label on my pcm and emailed them. We had a 05 Neon in my shop with a transmission shifting problem after proper diagnosis of the transmission data on my scan tool i found te ecm was bad i bout one from Car Computer Exchange it came quickly and fixed the vehicle
This company is everything they advertise to be!! Computer was received on time. Installed, and car is running like new, even with 187,000 miles!
