Ordered a computer for a 2005 Jeep Liberty. Upon installing the computer and taking it for a drive, discovered the cruise control and ac did not work. Also the vehicle would not charge the battery. I assumed it was a bad computer and returned it. They sent a second one out. It did the same things. The old computer worked except it would not give us any codes. The vehicle was running extremely rich and should have given multiple codes. With the old computer the ac, cruise and charging system all worked just fine. The second c... read more

I sent my computer in for warranty work 4 weeks ago and still do not have a replacement. They will not give me a time frame or answer as to when I will get a replacement. They will not call me back and will not address my issue. TERRIBLE company. DO NOT buy from this company. They stated 3 times that the manager would contact me with an answer and no response. No help at all. They just say call back later.

Do not buy from them! They are rude, hung up on me 3 times, when the manager finally called me back he said it would be a 25% restocking fee and $50 programming fee for a defective computer they sent me! They will send you a defective computer then charge you fees to return it!

I used their repair and return, took 3-4 weeks of not having a PCM. they "LOST" my pcm for a week, then returned it back saying it was not serviceable. after requesting further information as to why, i was told i would be contacted by a technician. it never happened. so my week long repair turned into a 4 week long $130 expenditure to be told it can not be fixed. I believe my pcm was sent out to them the week of july 18th as of august 13th, I havt not recieved it back and only on aug 8th did i see the partial... read more

Total rip off! Ordered PCM for my wife's 2004 Ford Freestar, received bad PCM and they forgot the keys! sent it back and was told we would have it within a week... 2 months later still no PCM! Called to cancel order and was told they are going to charge us $145. to cancel the order! Very unprofessional and would not recommend this company to anyone!
