Waited over a week to review nothing, would t even send a receipt. Now I’m being told I’ll wait another week just for my refund, and iv been hung up on multiple times

Ordered a computer and received it. The computer was defective and was told I would get a replacement. That never happened. So I called again and there supervisor said they would make it right and send me a new one and still haven’t received anything ! Scam watch out !!

Nothing but issues on every order this year, employees mislead timelines along with passing blame on why their product time after time would not work. I truly wish this company goes on a downward spiral and will never suggest or buy another ecm/pcm from them again.

Everything went smoothly. Placed an order for a 2002 Dodge Dakota PCM on-line on Saturday and received it the following Saturday. Installation went as planned. Removed the old/not functioning PCM and mailed it back in the prepaid shipper. The only reason I give this a 4star is the communication. I never received an email stating they had received my order. I called to inquire and was put on indefinite hold. Every once in a while it seems like a kid picked up the phone and said “hello” and I was put on hold again. F... read more

I have filed complaints with the better business bureau, with pay pal and my next step is to file a police report. Their product did not work. Their solution was for us to disable our working vehicle for an unspecified amount of time so they could have our current computer module or to accept a refund with 45% removed for programing a part who's programming didn't work. Despite their 100% guarantee and claims they test 3 times.

I requested a PCM that would run cruise control for my Jeep. The technician told me they could do it before I placed my order. They instead mailed me a stock PCM that did not have cruise. After many months of being told they could provide the PCM I paid for, they finally admitted that they could not do it. Then they told me that because so much time had passed they could not refund my money either! This company will sell you a computer that doesn't work then charge you for it when you return it. You won't get a refund for the money you spent. Over $300 for something that didn't work. All that after the awful customer service who has no idea what their policies even are. What a scam.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Not because their were errors made, but because they don't man up to their mistakes and try to lay it all back on the customer in the name of keeping their money. I called in to have my order cancelled after CCE did not have my order shipped to me in one week as requested. So I requested a cancellation, and the operator okayed it as she said the item had not been shipped. They actually did ship it later that evening at 6:52PM per USPS.
