I have a 99 dodge Ram with the 5.9 l cummins diesel. The Cummins ECM was giving me a "delayed wait to start problem". The truck would crank but not start until the "wait to start light lit". Sometimes this was 30 to 45 seconds after the key was turned on. It seems this is a common problem with this ECM, and until now I do not know of anyone fixing this problem short of paying $1500 or so for a new Cummins computer. I needed a computer for my Jeep, and live in Belize. Car Computer sent me a computer in record time (8 days) to Belize!!! UNHEARD OF IN BELIZE. Customer service was great. I would recommend Car Computer for anyone that needs their service. You also get a rebate when you return the old one.

Computer really is plug and play , very reasonable price and received it full 2 days before the receive date .
I had an issue with the first module sent to me but their customer service was excellent and followed through until a got my module back and the car ran great until recently. When I asked them about honoring a 2 year warranty that would be up in October, they immediately took my control module back , repaired it again at no cost and had me back on the road again in about a week. The customer service is second to none and my car drives better than ever. Thanks guys.
