Great service and response to my needs at a respectable price. I have used this company several times with these same results.
The price is definitely right. I had a little bit of a delay because the first core they ordered to rebuild had an issue. When I got the ECM, I was not 100% sure I had resolved my issue. When the symptoms returned, they offered to check the ECM to see if they could help me find the issue. All I had to pay for was shipping to Car Computer Exchange. I would not have gotten that kind of help from Autozone or O'Reily's or Chrysler for that matter. I would definitely use them again.
I give them 5 stars for sure!! I was looking every where for a new ECM for my 1998 Dodge Caravan, I was stuck with walking and riding the city buses until I found these guys online, ordered my part, had it sent directly to my mechanic and voila I'm back on the road and my van is running fabulously!!! ECM for my 2006 Jeep-Liberty arrived when promised pre-programmed. My mechanic installed and I was ready to go. CCE saved me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend CCE for anyone experiencing ECM problems. Other online ECM manufacturers wanted way too much money. Great company to deal with.
Great Experience!!! Owner of 2001 Dodge Dakota SLT which was stalling. Mechanic told me I would need a new computer module, and that I had a No Bus error code and only the dealership would be able to help me. Did some research online and found you guy's, followed instructions on your web site, ordered the ECM/ PCM module, came in a couple days later, followed the easy installation instructions and fired that bad boy up. Thanks for saving me money and precious time. You guy's Rock!!!
