My truck died on the side of the interstate. I had it towed to my house ran some diagnostics and tests, found it was the computer that failed. Found car computer exchange while searching for replacements. The unit they sent me has been outstanding! I sent back my unit and overall my experience has been great! Its been about 10 months and the computer is still running like a champ!

Order was processed and shipped and received within two weeks. Filled the part questionnaire with all info and part was programmed as promised. Followed instructions to install and truck started right up. Been running just fine. Would recommend. P.s. only other place in country I could get part was the dealer. I got it here for 1/4 the price. Plus a 4 year warranty.
Thanks for getting my truck (2004 Dodge Ram) back in excellent working order. I had my part in about one week. I brought my truck to a Goodyear repair shop and the diagnostic indicated bad PCM. THEY PUT THE WRONG ONE IN and it didn’t run right. That’s when I decided get the part myself. Thanks CCE for getting me the RIGHT part. I had a great little shop in Hamilton Va. (Mike) put it in and I’m glad I did. Turns out a bad coil pac ruined my original pcm. The Dodge runs great now

Ordered ECM unit for a Grand Cherokee works just fine. Even though I didn't have the same year model core they accepted what I had without issue.
