I went to the Oak Island location. A fabulous gal named Stevie took care of me and she was hands down the best. She had the most amazing bedside manner. She made me completely comfortable and checked on me several times to make sure I was good and I was only getting standard work done. She’s absolutely top notch! She walked me through everything she was doing and made sure I understood. Also took the time to get to know me a bit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They are so kind. They care about you as a person not just your dental needs. They have a diverse clientele and don’t care what spectrum you come from. My dentist is a navy veteran as are we. They have army and air force veteran dentist but they don’t spout it and tell everyone. They just quietly go about taking care of your pain,looking you in the eyes and understanding what your going through. We moved away for 3 years and couldn’t find a dental office that compared, right down to the receptionist.
I am here on vacation and broke a temporary tooth waiting for a bridge. Called and got an appointment within an hour. Dr. Harrington fixed my tooth as a courtesy. He and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them without hesitation. Great people
I had to been seen for emergency tooth ache last week while on vacation. The staff was so accommodating to work me in Tamisha was wonderful and took great care of me. I would suggest anyone in need of a dentist give them a call..
I had to make an emergency appointment due to severe tooth pain while on vacation. They made me a new patient appointment the same day I called. The service there was remarkabke, from the check in clerk, hygienists, to the dentist. I just wished I lived closer so they could be my regular dentist at home. Dr. Mark Dobransky was so kind and understanding. He gave me 3 options and the prices to each so I could make my best financial decision. Today was my first time visiting(both offices in one day so I could get a 3D x-ray). I was so impressed with all the measures they were taking at both locations to protect everyone's safety during this time (covid-19). Every employee was above and beyond friendly and helpful. I have heard so many good things about Coastal and would have to agree. I highly recommend them.
Always nice and courteous. They do a lot for Veterans. They do very good work.
