It all worked out so smoothly; from the intake call to setting an appointment, Intake forms were all on line, and Covid-19 safety process explained. The appointment went well, the staff were friendly and helpful, my appointment started on time, and everything was explained as we went along. The office is decorated in a calming and tranquil way.

Before COVID became an issue in the US, Dr. Yip took many measures to increase the safety of both patients and staff. Now that we are in it, I appreciate her forethought. I feel very safe there. I also value Dr. Yip's skill and experience. She can be highly technical but is also people-focused and personable. I am also in awe of her dedication to keep up to date with the latest advances in dentistry. All my visits have always been excellent.. During this pandemic Emergency appointment I was feeling a little uncomfortable about coming in as I have not been out since February because I have been home self quarantined... Dr. Yip and her staff were very professional as always and made me feel very comfortable and safe.. Dr. Yip Is the best! I had a crown break off over the weekend and I called her for assistance. She called me back within 10 minutes and walked me through how to care for my tooth over the weekend. She fit me in first thing Monday morning and put a temporary cover on my tooth and explained what to expect for my recovery. She also was really patient and understanding with me despite my anxiety about the procedure. She even followed up with me after the appointment to make sure I was ok. Dr.Yip and her entire team are excellent at what they do. They’re consummate professionals, and they go the extra mile to be helpful. In particular, Dr.Yip is amazing. She has helped me tremendously, taking calls on the weekend and offering suggestions and heartfelt support when I’ve needed it. I’m so grateful to have her as my dentist! As we age, we need skilled and compassionate care providers in our lives and you can’t ask for better than Dr.Yip!
