I recently went back to Kootenai Family Dental to have my second cavity filled. As always, it was a great experience from start to finish. Great customer service. There was no waiting in the waiting room - they were right on time. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions. I experienced no pain during the filling - and had a great result. Thanks!

We have had our dental work done at Kootenai Family Dental since we came to CDA in 2012. We have had everything from cleanings to crowns and bridges, all great! The friendly, knowledgeable staff are a real joy to do business with. A trip to Kootenai Family Dental is as pleasurable as a visit with your family.

I just love going to the dentist now that I have found KFD! The gals at the front desk are always in a great mood and greet me with a smile. The hygienists are so friendly, gentile and helpful and Dr. LaRose is just the best! Thank you all for a great dental visit, and YAY for no cavities!!!

Staff always friendly and informative. Outstanding work by hygentist. Dr explained upcoming procedure in understandable terms as well as anticipated costs. Always a pleasure for what can be unpleasant procedures.

I don't usually write more than 1 review for any service or provider I encounter, however, Dr. LaRose and her staff at Kootenei Family Dental are absolutely the BEST! They are always on time and are very caring. They work endlessly to keep me comfortable and go the extra mile to ensure my dental needs are taken care of. If you are looking for a Dental provider then please, treat yourself to Kootenai Family Dental. You won't be disappointed!

I chose this office after reading that they had been voted "best of" in the area this year. The "office tour" upon arrival seemed a bit unnecessary (I mean, it's a dentist office, I just don't care that much). I think everything could have been adequately covered on the way to the treatment room without making a "thing" of it. Similarly, appreciated the patient priority survey, but could have done without the in-person re-hash. Overall, though, an extremely positive experience!
