a very special greeting when I first walked in the door led to a very pleasant experience with the dental assistant, hygienist, and doctor. everyone took interest in my dental concerns and took the time to answer all my questions. from the beginning to the end of my appointment, I was placed in a comfortable atmosphere and thoroughly educated how to keep my dental health in check. I love this office and all the staff and highly recommend them. Thank you Kootenai Family Dental, I look forward to my next visit!
upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely young girl who greeted us warmly and with a great big smile. Immediately offered us a tour of the office exuberantly and from there on it was nothing but wonderful atmosphere, wonderful people, that made us feel like we were family. Love the friendliness and knowledge. Would be happy to recommend your office to all our friends. Thanks to all!

I totally enjoyed my first appointment with Dr LaRose. I prolong & try to get out of dental appointments but after my first visit (even though we have work to do on my teeth) I'm looking forward to going back!! I felt very comfortable, relaxed & a part of the team on deciding the next steps for my dental work ... thank you everyone from the greeter to the scheduler ... you have a fantastic staff Dr. LaRose & I truly appreciate your bed side manner 😃😃
I am a Canadian who was on holidays in the US and on my way home when I broke a tooth. The staff at Kootenai Dental booked me in right away and Dr. Marie and Jennifer spent a lot of time helping me get through the stress and installing a new crown all in one day! I can honestly say I have never received such great, personalized service before from a dental office. Thank you Marie and Jennifer for all you caring and professional service!
I went in for the first time yesterday. The staff is very welcoming and the Dr. was great! I'd recommend them for sure.
