Dr LaRose and the entire team were so accommodating when my dentist of 20 years died suddenly. I was in the middle of an extended treatment plan. Everyone at Kootenai Family Dental worked hard to make calls, get my information, and provide me with the feeling that everything would will work out fine.
I went home to show my wife and she chased me around the house like it was are honey moon. Went to bed and the tooth fairy stold my new teeth. Now the cat has a smile on his face. Seriously its a great family fainly Dentistry.
I am a new Customer that was in need of instant care.. I called one morning with a terrible tooth ache, despite their full schedule they got me in that day and got me the help needed. Thanks guys

She was also gentle with the tools! I hate all that scraping!!! I hope I have her again! When I arrived and left - the office staff was also very friendly and helpful with my dental claims. Everyone was very friendly and helped me to get my wife's insurance info for my sons appointment. They were great with my five year old son and made him, a boy who is usually uncomfortable in doctor and dentists offices, very at ease. They have my whole family as customers from now on.

The quality of care is excellent and the office has all the latest equipment and techniques. I have highly recommended Dr. LaRose and her staff to others and will continue to do so. Had my first appointment with Dr. LaRose for a crown and a cavity. I was very nervous because of a recent past bad experience, for the same procedures. Dr.LaRose and her assistant , couldn't have been more accomadating. They were so patient and kind, putting me at ease! I feel very blessed to have found Dr. LaRose, and this office!
