I was treated so well at Kootenai Family Dental. Such pleasant staff, care and concern for my needs being met, and the best, most gentle Novocain ever.
A friendly, caring staff who is more concerned with the patient than with trying to sell services. Services are top notch, too!
I have been going to KFD now for 3 years or so and am totally satisfied with their service. Stephanie-who does my cleaning- is so personable & thorough so really like that I always have her every time.
I appreciate the professional attitude of the whole staff. Dr. LaRose and Dr. Smith give you options on work that needs to be done and make you aware of future problems that might arise. It is an efficient and friendly office and appointments are always prompt.
I am impressed each time by the front office staff, dental hygienist and Dr LaRose. They are super friendly, extremely helpful and more than accommodating regarding finances. I rarely have to wait, visits are complete and they answer all my questions. They research my insurance benefits and assist with patient responsibility. I do refer my friends and family to this clinic!

This is the BEST dental office and staff I have ever been to~They take the time to talk with you, get to know you, the Dentist spends time with you, more than the usual 2 minute look! Warm blankets, parafin wax hand dip, sunglasses, love it!
Excellent as always! My new crown feels like it has been there forever.
