Let's face it, going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do. However, Kootenai Family Dental is a fun and friendly environment. Everytime I leave, I think the dentist isn't that bad. Thanks everyone for a great experience and keeping my teeth up to high standards.

From front desk to Stephanie who cleans my teeth to the fabulous dentist who actually cares about your teeth and working with you..hard to believe a dentist office is like this.
It was my first time to this clinic and everyone was very warm and welcoming. I had barely sat down in the waiting room, before I was called back (I love punctuality!). My hygienist was super sweet and gentle. Overall, great experience and would recommend Kootenai Family dental to anyone!
The staff greet you the second you open the door with a smile. I rarely wait much, but because the waiting room has refreshments and a comfortable touch, I actually "want" to wait. The treatment is always done with a personal and expert touch. I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. LaRose called me by my first name outside of the office. As we from Hawaii would say "Kootenai No Ka Oi" or "Kootenai is the Best"
My cleaning today was great as always. Walked away with clean teeth. Had a nice time visiting with the hygienist.
I was greeted with a warm welcome and that was just the beginning. When I was taken back to a room and seated, there was a letter and gift waiting for me. I was treated with great kindness and professionalism. These woman rock and this is definitely my new dental office for a lifetime.
