My husband and I were referred to Kootenai dental after having a bad experience at another local dentist. We both enjoyed our visit at Kootenai. The staff is very friendly and professional and the dentist was gentle and experienced the 2 things that were very important to me. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Wonderful experience from the moment I walked through the door! I was very nervous about my appointment and don't really love the dental process. But they eased my nerves and did a thorough job explaining everything and I felt great about the process! Great job ladies! Thank you for great service! Will recommend you to everyone I know!

I recently changed dental providers for my son, and I took him to Kootenai Family Dental. Dr. LaRose, Dr. Smith and crew made my son feel welcomed and at home. After an office tour, exam and cleaning, my son had a very pleasant experience. I cannot stress enough the professional and exemplary care you have delivered to my family; clearly, your staff holds their patients in high esteem. Love that the attitude here is to let the customer decide! Yes, I have something that's broken, but they'll let me live with it if that's what I want. Love this place (yeah, I'm getting it fixed, 'cause they're good!)

I had my 6 month dental cleaning today. Second time with Stephanie. She does a great job! Stephanie makes you feel comfortable and does a thorough gentle cleaning.

I went in for my 6 month check up, front desk gal greeted me warmly, my appointment started on time and the hygienist was fabulous as always. Dr came in and checked on me we talked about the need for a crown. I had questions about whitening and Dr took the time to explain process and costs. At checkout I made 3 additional appointments and costs were explained as well as my insurance benefits. Great experience as always. All of you are professional and efficient and most importantly friendly.
