Dr. Bailey and Dolores were so kind and compassionate. Most Drs. just do what they need to and your on your way. Having been in North Carolina only 10 months I was getting acclimated to the area , no less needing a dentist appointment. I was so at ease in the chair and had some good laughs before treatment with Dr. Bailey and Dolores , that made me so comfortable. I have found my permanent Dentist at Lane Dentistry. My experience at Lane & Associates was great! Dr. Karey does a great job, and is very helpful. The staff was very kind and also very helpful. I felt comfortable and at home.
I would give not one star at all if I could, however, it’s not an option. This place has been the worst office visit medical or dental in my life. I will make sure I tell everyone in the Garner, Fuquay, Clayton area etc. You get the point.
Just don't go here. The hygienist was not friendly at all, she acted like she was in a hurry and roughly cleaned my teeth, and roughly flossed them with the spit thingy in my mouth. I have a small mouth and this was uncomfortable to have bother hands flossing and spit sucker thing in there. She used the ultrasonic machine to clean them which was awful.
