Amazing office!
I would give not one star at all if I could, however, it’s not an option. This place has been the worst office visit medical or dental in my life. I will make sure I tell everyone in the Garner, Fuquay, Clayton area etc. You get the point.
Just don't go here. The hygienist was not friendly at all, she acted like she was in a hurry and roughly cleaned my teeth, and roughly flossed them with the spit thingy in my mouth. I have a small mouth and this was uncomfortable to have bother hands flossing and spit sucker thing in there. She used the ultrasonic machine to clean them which was awful. I started coming to the Garner office since I stay in Clayton but I use to go to the office in Mt.Olive everyone there is so nice and keep you updated on everything.I wanted to get my bridge done so I was told that the information was sent to the insurance coming to find out they sent off for #31 instead of the bridge.I wanted to get the bridge done before I switched to my new job and all I have been getting is the run around.I asked about this way in Dec 2018 I just hope I will be able to get it Feb 28 2019 since I was ove... read more

Cant go 0 so its a 1. Apparently calling customers back as promised isnt a high priority for the office manager. Dentist missed the fact my tooth was cracked until after root canal. Tooth with temp crown is starting to hurt. Called office. First person said appt availible thursday afternoon. Office manager get on phone and aays she has to talk to Dr about situation firat and will call me right back.
