i came in they told me a i need a crown so i got that done and the tooth was still hurting went back in they said it need a root canal so i got the root canal on the same tooth time went by tooth was hurting cam in he said it was inflected so they gave me antibiotic and pain meds than the pain came back went in today and they said now i have to go to specialties that only do root canal and they called lane & associates if you cant do a root canal tell me i paid 2500.00 all together and tooth still not right i will nev... read more

Ok this place is great for basic cleaning dental. I went there 8 years I should know. It was right down street from my house. So very easy in my crazy busy schedule. They were good with my kids. However when I needed major dental work I was in trouble. Basic removal of decay led to leaving some in after a filling. Then I had to have a crown and root canal. Now that process failed and wouldn't get me in for 9 days serious pain and infection. Wouldn't call in an antibiotic or pain medication. So upset ughhh. I have spent sever... read more

Much better experience; my first impression was altered by a warmer more accepting response upon my return. The professionalism helped to offset the invasive procedure.

I am having so many issues with my denture and my gums! I am just very disgusted and am started to feel neglected! I know it takes time but I am NOT ending up with this one no matter what.., color 3 shades off, rocks back & forth & up and down. Not fair & now I have to go to Calif.where I have never been with this horrible thing in my mouth & No ONE CARES!
