I would give not one star at all if I could, however, it’s not an option. This place has been the worst office visit medical or dental in my life. I will make sure I tell everyone in the Garner, Fuquay, Clayton area etc. You get the point.
Just don't go here. The hygienist was not friendly at all, she acted like she was in a hurry and roughly cleaned my teeth, and roughly flossed them with the spit thingy in my mouth. I have a small mouth and this was uncomfortable to have bother hands flossing and spit sucker thing in there. She used the ultrasonic machine to clean them which was awful. I started coming to the Garner office since I stay in Clayton but I use to go to the office in Mt.Olive everyone there is so nice and keep you updated on everything.I wanted to get my bridge done so I was told that the information was sent to the insurance coming to find out they sent off for #31 instead of the bridge.I wanted to get the bridge done before I switched to my new job and all I have been getting is the run around.I asked about this way in Dec 2018 I just hope I will be able to get it Feb 28 2019 since I was ove... read more

Cant go 0 so its a 1. Apparently calling customers back as promised isnt a high priority for the office manager. Dentist missed the fact my tooth was cracked until after root canal. Tooth with temp crown is starting to hurt. Called office. First person said appt availible thursday afternoon. Office manager get on phone and aays she has to talk to Dr about situation firat and will call me right back. i came in they told me a i need a crown so i got that done and the tooth was still hurting went back in they said it need a root canal so i got the root canal on the same tooth time went by tooth was hurting cam in he said it was inflected so they gave me antibiotic and pain meds than the pain came back went in today and they said now i have to go to specialties that only do root canal and they called lane & associates if you cant do a root canal tell me i paid 2500.00 all together and tooth still not right i will nev... read more
Ok this place is great for basic cleaning dental. I went there 8 years I should know. It was right down street from my house. So very easy in my crazy busy schedule. They were good with my kids. However when I needed major dental work I was in trouble. Basic removal of decay led to leaving some in after a filling. Then I had to have a crown and root canal. Now that process failed and wouldn't get me in for 9 days serious pain and infection. Wouldn't call in an antibiotic or pain medication. So upset ughhh. I have spent sever... read more
