This was my first TOPS training and I attended with an office in which I have just become part of the team. Every part of the course was done with excellence! I am happy to know that training for good customer service is a core value of this team. I will definitely recommend this training. Best conference I've ever been too and I've been to a lot. I've learned a lot and Im motivated to re-train my brian to ask questions instead of telling and use those questions to find out the patient's wants. I'm a 10. One key thing Im taking away from this 2 days it that comfort isn't always right... be uncomfortable. Thanks again. Can't wait to learn more. NO MORE HYGIENE here we come.
Wish I could give more stars but 5 is the most I could give. In 7 years of being in dentistry this is by far the best seminar I have ever been too! I am excited to put to use what I learned and make it happen!!!!! Definitely recommend coming to ToPS!
