Steve was really great and his team is very friendly! He is very enthusiastic, entertaining and very knowledgeable about the topic of communication and thorough, had lots of examples and tips to better office communication!!! My only recommendation is that he be aware of his audience position while lecturing. I was sitting in the front row and his back was to me for a bit of the presentation and that was distracting and I felt 'left out' of the lecture. Just a recommendation.
