This was my first ToPS training and I absolutly loved it! I learned many different ways of better connecting and serving my patients and their family's and also how to better myself and grow as an assistant and make our practice the best it can be!
This is my 2nd training. Ive learned a lot every time and can really see the results. It's amazing to see the skills in action and how they help us provide the best possible service to our patients! Steve and his TOPS team are simply the best!

Enjoyed Steve and staff. A great course to go through for any practice, new or old. I enjoyed my time and enjoyed the conversation. The total immersion course gave me a lot more tools to move forward with being the best employee, co worker, and healthcare provider.
