I had some problems with National Bank card processing ,But I was contacted and I have to tell you they took care of the problem immediately and followed up with me and every thing is running smooth.happy days
Do not use this service. They charge large, unexpected fees, repeatedly overdrafting my bank account even after it was closed. They then added *** fees on top of that. Their customer service is poor and failed to resolve any of the issues I reported.

Never do business with this company, because of their inconsistencies, run around. I signed up with them to provide a processing service with my business. They told me I can process a maximum of $5000/charge. They also said settlement will take about 1-2 business days. On 3rd day, no settlement and we i quite why, only to be given the run around that it would be 1-4 business days, advised to wait one more day we agreed, 20 minutes later, they sent an email asking us to provide three months of our bank statements among other ... read more
I don't even use their service, but the telemarketing calls for my small business are relentless, annoying, use spoofed numbers, and confrontational. I have tried politely declining. I have asked to be taken off the call list. I have been firm. I have even tried yelling and threatening to make a report. What does it take to make them stop? I will complain about this company to everyone I come in contact with, just because they hire terrible people to market their product.

I saw their advertisements on social media claiming that they have the lowest credit card processing fees.I took the time and spoke to a sales agent on the phone and was told the overall credit card fees were 1.5 percent.
