I had some problems with National Bank card processing ,But I was contacted and I have to tell you they took care of the problem immediately and followed up with me and every thing is running smooth.happy days
Do not even sign up for this service.Their customer service is very bad.They promised lower rates but ended up charging way more than 4.5%, with their hidden fees and charges that they dont even report. You just do not see the money!When I called to cancel the service, they would not even return the call. I signed up with National Bankcard for payment processing with *************. At the time, I had no idea that National Bankcard was acting as a third party and that my actual processor would be Paysafe. I am filing this complaint regarding National Bankcards unjustified withholding of my merchant funds, failure to provide a method of verification, and improper denial of a valid refund. Do not use this service. They charge large, unexpected fees, repeatedly overdrafting my bank account even after it was closed. They then added *** fees on top of that. Their customer service is poor and failed to resolve any of the issues I reported.
