Hidden fraudulent fees for just APPROVAL of my account that was not set simply because I can not set it myself without a representatives' assistance - really?!.... Long story short, after phone conversation with one of their reps I found out I have to pay not just promised $5 monthly for my small business, but $12, like I said, because it was approved. And as soon as I've never set my account - no time hanging on phone for that through my work days - $27 on top for NOT HAVING transactions!!! This is outrageous!!! And what's ... read more

Terrible experience. Hidden fees they DO NOT tell you about and service is horrible. If you call in for service, you will get passed along usually to someone who can BARELY speak English and then put on hold forever. Nobody seems to be able to help you so they "find someone that can", which means another 30 minutes on hold. I'm trying to cancel my account right now to stop the automatic hidden fees from DRAINING my bank account. I would NOT recommend National Bankcard to ANYONE.

They will get your money with a smile and then slam the door to your face if you have any problems. Do your research before going with them, we had so many issues.

You should by all cost avoid dealing with this company . I had just signed up for a merchant account ,that was approved and the credit card machine mailed to my business . Did my first two transactions , only to receive an email stating they were Holding the funds for 6 month and the account had been terminated . What a shocker to have your money frozen and no merchant account after all the hassle and waisted time and effort . I clicked through an ad that was on a game app installed on my phone, as I happened to be shopping to compare our current processor. The online ad should have been the first red flag. I received a text instantly, which I responded to right away. I figured it wasn't manned, as I didn't hear back. I just got a call back this Monday mid-morning and the salesperson was the rudest person I ever spoke with (but he did get my text that he failed to respond to for two days). When I say please dont waste your time. Please dont waste your time. If you have any hope of having a reliable company to help with your finical needs for your business I warn you as a new business owner this place is a waste of time. As a small buisness owner, I did research and found National Bankcard was slightly lower than others. I was told I would not be charged until we would take our first payment. Low and be hold, we were charged. Tried to get it resolved, said they fixed it. Again we charged. Tried to have it fixed once again and to no avail they lied and failed.
