Never do business with this company, because of their inconsistencies, run around. I signed up with them to provide a processing service with my business. They told me I can process a maximum of $5000/charge. They also said settlement will take about 1-2 business days. On 3rd day, no settlement and we i quite why, only to be given the run around that it would be 1-4 business days, advised to wait one more day we agreed, 20 minutes later, they sent an email asking us to provide three months of our bank statements among other ... read more

I don't even use their service, but the telemarketing calls for my small business are relentless, annoying, use spoofed numbers, and confrontational. I have tried politely declining. I have asked to be taken off the call list. I have been firm. I have even tried yelling and threatening to make a report. What does it take to make them stop? I will complain about this company to everyone I come in contact with, just because they hire terrible people to market their product.

I switched from using square to national bankcard. I saw their advertisements on social media claiming that they have the lowest credit card processing fees.I took the time and spoke to a sales agent on the phone and was told the overall credit card fees were 1.5 percent. I then went through their entire process of applying. Lot's of contracts and signatures.After going through three upgrades of processing terminals to finally get one that doesn't have a long delay between transactions or a 30 second time out than has to be ... read more

This place is a scam. I was given 0.25% on debit cards, 1.55% on Credit cards, 1.95% on ****************, transaction fees of $0.19, *************** fee of $5.00. When I finally received my first statement I was charge a total of 6% with all the hidden fees, Online debit fee, NQUAL fee, AVS POS fee, MC location fee, other item fee... yes other other item fee. This place is misleading and are stealing from small businesses. I hate that I even have to give them one star.

I applied on 2/28 & had some personal issues that came up so I cancelled on the very next day 2/29 & my account was charged a $12.00 fee I never gave permission for anything to be taken out of my account

Deceptive Employees become combative over misleading marketing. They advertise a 0% fee and then when you apply it changes it to 0% effective fee by just charging the customer the fee but only if you set it up properly in the app. The fee is 1% higher than typical rates. They hide this in one line of long contracts. Before signing on we Placed several phone calls between 3 different Employees that guaranteed us that there is NO fees charged besides the $5 monthly fee. worst place to have access to your money. If I could leave a negative star I would. they placed ,y account on hold with out warning and when I contacted them they were rude then decided to discontinue my services. I asked for them to release my money about $8k and they said they had to investigate before they could release and could take them up to 180 days. so now I get to not be paid and my clients already have their products.
