I switched from using square to national bankcard. I saw their advertisements on social media claiming that they have the lowest credit card processing fees.I took the time and spoke to a sales agent on the phone and was told the overall credit card fees were 1.5 percent. I then went through their entire process of applying. This place is a scam. I was given 0.25% on debit cards, 1.55% on Credit cards, 1.95% on ****************, transaction fees of $0.19, *************** fee of $5.00. When I finally received my first statement I was charge a total of 6% with all the hidden fees, Online debit fee, NQUAL fee, AVS POS fee, MC location fee, other item fee... yes other other item fee. This place is misleading and are stealing from small businesses. I hate that I even have to give them one star.

I applied on 2/28 & had some personal issues that came up so I cancelled on the very next day 2/29 & my account was charged a $12.00 fee I never gave permission for anything to be taken out of my account

Deceptive Employees become combative over misleading marketing. They advertise a 0% fee and then when you apply it changes it to 0% effective fee by just charging the customer the fee but only if you set it up properly in the app. The fee is 1% higher than typical rates. They hide this in one line of long contracts. worst place to have access to your money. If I could leave a negative star I would. they placed ,y account on hold with out warning and when I contacted them they were rude then decided to discontinue my services. I asked for them to release my money about $8k and they said they had to investigate before they could release and could take them up to 180 days. so now I get to not be paid and my clients already have their products. I signed up with National Bankcard 3 weeks ago. I spoke to ****** who said I would get 1.9% rates and $5.00 a month fees with next day funding. Once I signed up it was the old bait and switch. Rates were good but they held the money for 3 days and said my business didnt qualify for next day funding. I had to wait 90 days and there underwriters would reevaluate. I was then promised 2 day funding but the cut off time my representative ****** helped me set was wrong which led to 3 day funding. Too many false promises. Very dece... read more

I only used it for a few months. I was told I was only going to be charged $5 per month. A month later they added fees including $145 per year and another $25 for something else, $3 for something else all these hidden, never spoken, never informed by correspondence added fees. Its a scam, and a nightmare. I tried closing the account and THEN they mention THE **** (without being clear about them) will have to be paid; all of them till ****. It’s a big fraud company. The sales people promise you something else and make you signup but later you see so many different charges in end of month on your account. Pathetic customer support. Have to call several times and no one will call you back
