I went with this company for my credit card customers because they had good reviews and the sales rep promised me everything I wanted to hear. I was told my funds would be in my account within 48 hours and it's been two weeks and my account is still on hold. I signed on with National Bankcard on February *, 2017. On February **** I processed my first two transactions totaling over $6,300.00 from the same customer. Within a few days I was informed they needed a copy of the invoice I charged my customer with, I immediately sent the invoice to them. This company National Bank Card is a horrible company to do business with. They will lie about their rates, processing, deposits, and service. They will hold funds for weeks and not refund your customers either. They have a huge negative review and actually hire people to post positive reviews. Phil H***** also lied about them not using 3rd parties to process their cards and then they will sell your information.
What this company is doing is borderline illegal. They have held up mine and several of our customer's money now for 2 weeks not only does this hurt my business financially, but I also have had customers threatening me because I can not ship and National Bank Card refuses to release their money. My next steps are to file with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and seek legal advice. Think twice before using National Bank Card. I purchased a credit card terminal from their website without an account. Unfortunately my bank no longer accepts the specific brand and asked for a refund. I spoke to three different representatives who all told me they don't sell terminals online, only through representatives on the phone. I called about 10 times and was hung up on about 5 times. I recently signed up with National Bankcard to have this company handle my credit card processing for my business. While speaking with their sales person she explained the fees involved for them to process the credit cards I accept for my services. The per charge processing fee was low compared to others that I had looked at. Attempted to set up a service with my company, but was repeatedly forwarded to a very unhelpful salesman Greg T*****. When I requested to be connected to a different person in the organization, I was instead forwarded to Mr. T***** a second time, who was very aggressive in addressing the complaints I had towards him. Will not be doing business with this company.
very bad. They say fees only 0.15%......... and then when bill comes, lots of other charges..taken money from account. Bad practice, sales man never tell upfront, they ask u to sign documents immediate online, saying all ok.no time to read. Never do business. all facts not disclosed. dont go there!
