Everything was fine except asking to pay before the service was rendered. Here I am waiting for the Dr to come in and pull my tooth and you ask me to go back out to the desk and pay what the insurance won’t pay after I had initially paid a consultation fee upon entering your office.

I would say my experience was great very friendly staff unfortunately was not informed that my appointment at first would be a 5 min consult. After waiting 5 months for the appointment that I thought would be my extraction. Luckily the staff was kind enough to get me in the following day due to a cancellation. So thank you.
