From electricians to office staff to owners themselves, this company is top-notch! I hate having home improvement work done because it's disruptive and difficult to schedule. However, if the Tim Kyle Co. did everything I needed done to the house and not just electrical, I'd schedule it all today! They are that good. Chad Main spent the major portion of his work day with us and addressed a laundry list of items we needed fixed and/or brought up to current standards. With authorization from Ryan back at the office, Chad graciously corrected a problem the company believed was their responsibility to correct from a previous visit and didn't charge anything for that particular fix! We are extremely impressed with our overall positive experience with your company. It all started with your employee, Deb, who greeted our initial call. She was warm, professional, and scheduled timely service as requested. Your technician, Kenn, arrived promptly (and I mean EXACTLY on time). Lance and his helper, Tim, upgraded our 1951 electrical panel from 150 amps to 200 amps. We now have all new breakers, one large box, Outside wiring replaced with new, and all breakers labeled. It only took them one day from start to finish and what a great feeling to know we now have a safe and secure electrical system for our home. Even the Baltimore County inspector mentioned that 'Tim Kyle' does a nice job. They are straight-forward with their pricing before the work begins and they stick to it!

I have used Tim Kyle Electric on two occasions in the last two months. Each time I received excellent and thorough service. My concerns and questions were answered. It was easy to schedule an appointment that fits my work schedule. The little extra details make all the difference from wearing booties to protect my floors to going over pricing ahead of work and to doing an excellent job. I highly recommend you guys.
