Dr. Gibbons removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth today. Ashley, the front desk receptionist was extremely sweet. I also LOVED all of the RDA’s. Carla came and talked to me before and reassured me. Brittany and Teresa were in on my surgery with me and made it all okay for me! Dr. Gibbons was great and it was a quick and easy process for me today! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! �
RecommendedFrom the time you walk through the door to the time you leave you are treated like FAMILY and not A Dollar sign .They welcome you by name and with a smile on there faces. Even over the phone they treat you as if you one of there own always asking how are you to day and states there name and business name clearly so you can hear and understand it.They go over ever thing with the patients so he or she can understand it and will do what's best for you as a patient and not what best for the insurance companies.
The staff at Trinity Valley oral surgery is fantastic - especially Karla and Dr. Thomas Draper. I have always had anxiety about The dentist and oral procedures. From the second I walked in the door, the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Draper talked me through the entire procedure and it was over quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend Trinity Valley oral surgery to anyone - especially those with anxiety about dental work and oral procedures.
Dr. Draper and Brittany are excellent!! Every time I step in the doors I'm always greeted with an open welcome. I'm very satisfied with the services I have gotten so far and would recommend every one I know to them. From office visits to surgery. It's worth the drive. His knowledge of what happened to me was was very detailed and he didnt hesitate to answer any questions I had. Great job you guys!!!
I am absolutely terrified of any dental work but went and had my wisdom teeth extracted Friday and it was quick and painless. I was in and out in about an hour. I woke up not even knowing I had work done. The healing has been a breeze. Everyone in the office is extremely sweet and caring. I would recommend them to anyone.
Not a fan of any dentist or oral surgeon but Dr Draper explained everything to me in detail and made me feel very comfortable with him. His staff is also very friendly. Wish I would have found them sooner.
Dr. Draper and his staff are the best! My son had his wisdom teeth extracted, and the entire staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They made him feel very comfortable and provided excellent follow up care. We highly recommend Dr. Draper!
Dr. Draper is the best Oral Surgeon EVER !!!!!! He took both my daughters Wisdom teeth out ..... my daughter went shopping that night !! That will tell you all :) his team is amazing ! Highly recommend this office !!
