I don’t ever leave reviews, but I had to come here and leave one for this. I have been terrified of going to the dentist after a last bad experience at a different dental office many years ago. I have bad anxiety every time I would go to a dentist and would always reschedule my appts just to get out of going. Every time I would sit in the chair at different dental clinics I would try my heart would start racing, I would start shaking, and I would get up and leave knowing I needed to get the work done. Today was my first visit and the front desk was so helpful and kind. There was no wait and once I got back everyone put me at ease and was very nice.
Had my first visit at Lane & Associates Family Dentistry with Dr. DeMichele. The hygienist I had was Craig and not only was he very caring and willing to go above and beyond, but he was very personable and you could tell he wanted to make you comfortable and help make your experience as positive as possible. I don’t think I’ve had such a good dental experience in the last 15+ years. The first phone call setting up the appointment to the receptionists back to the doctor and the hygienist, they were amazing.

My first appt was handled with such ease and care, Ms. Kelly and Mr. Craig so sweet and assuring I was in good hands, and that's exactly what it was and more! I have finally found my home dentistry! Sept 21st was my application for 3 fillings with Ms. Phair & Ms. Lisa, I can't thank these two exceptional women enough for taking such great care of me! Also thank you to Ms. Melissa up front for being so sweet and helpful!
I have/had serious anxiety when it comes to anything done at the dentist office, due to a horrible and painful experience. Dr. Bashir is so kind, patient and understanding that he has helped me work through the anxiety and it has made a huge difference! I do not even think he knows how much he has releaved my anxiety just being his normal self.
