They are amazing. The entire staff has great customer service. They talked me through the process & helped over come my dental fears. I have never had this kind of experience in a dentist office & i am very please that i made my appointment there
The lady’s up front were really nice and welcoming. My son actually didn’t cry like he normally does on any dentist appointments. This was our first visit there and everything went really well.
The women were really sweet and gentle had very positive attitudes and energy. The guy mark who cleaned my teeth was super nice and was very respectful, he conversated with me thru the whole thing. Such an amazing team working up here
Did well; however need to do better with scheduling. Appt was at 9:15 and was not seen until 10 am
My family and I enjoyed our experience. Everyone was professional and it was a simple process. Mark was our hygienist. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He made my son’s first dental experience comfortable and safe. I appreciate the professionalism. Mark, Thank you so much.
The front desk and back end staff are wonderful. They are as gentle as possible and so nice and friendly. Tam and Dr. Piplani are very knowledgeable and explain the procedures and options clearly.

Today was my first visit to Lane and associates. I had my teeth cleaned by one of the best dental hygienist I’ve ever seen. I would recommend Mark to anyone. Thanks for the great service and professionalism.
