Dr Rao - I highly recommend him........ his professional care and management of my injury has been 1st class. He has eliminate my pain and has able me to have a quality of life that I have not been able to have for 17 years. Dr Rao and his team are not only highly professional but caring, offering a holistic service including access to intensive and extensive rehab, an excellent pain specialist and chronic health/pain psychologist. Dr Rao is one of the most through doctors I’ve encountered, everything was done properly to the nth degree from pre surgery to post surgery rehab for 12 months. I am indebted to Dr Rao and his team for such care taken over the course of my treatment and surgeries. My 2 level ACDF went smoothly from initial consult through to seeing Dr Rao post recovery. Words cannot describe how amazing Dr Rao actually is! He extremely skilled, professional, and so personable - so much so I look forward to my appointments with him. My sudden onset of symptoms were terribly scary, painful and debilitating. Dr Rao reviewed me quickly and explained everything so well, he reassured me (and my anxiety). Dr Rao, I owe you my life. You are the only doctor that listened to me and you moved so quickly to help me. I was admitted via emergency and you took on my case, within 24 hours you had me on the operating table. I had lost feeling in my legs and the pain was excruciating! You pushed me to the front of your list as my case was an emergency and within less then an hour of you delivering my MRI results to me things moved so quickly. Dr Rao is a brilliant surgeon with excellent bedside manner. He listened to my concerns and very quickly I became comfortable with him. He took the time to explain in detail, the issues with my back, answering all my questions along the way.
