From the initial visit to 6 months post surgery I really cannot fault this surgeon. He was happy to explain, answer my questions at any time. He was not pushy or overconfident in his approach. Dr Rao and his receptionists were always available and never made me feel silly. He has been encouraging, positive at all stages of my recovery. Dr Rao and his team are not only highly professional but caring, offering a holistic service including access to intensive and extensive rehab, an excellent pain specialist and chronic health/pain psychologist. Dr Rao is one of the most through doctors I’ve encountered, everything was done properly to the nth degree from pre surgery to post surgery rehab for 12 months.
