Dr Rao, I owe you my life. You are the only doctor that listened to me and you moved so quickly to help me. I was admitted via emergency and you took on my case, within 24 hours you had me on the operating table. I had lost feeling in my legs and the pain was excruciating! Dr Rao is a brilliant surgeon with excellent bedside manner. He listened to my concerns and very quickly I became comfortable with him. He took the time to explain in detail, the issues with my back, answering all my questions along the way. I have so much to thank this man for. After 6 years of debilitating nerve pain I was referred to him and was able to see him within a few weeks. My Family is indebted to Dr Prashanth Rao. My husband was diagnosed with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus in April and was referred by his GP into the care of Dr Rao. Dr Rao saved my life! I was in so much pain in my back and leg life wasn’t really worth living. Dr Rao got me into hospital within two weeks of consultation even though we were going through the Covid 19 pandemic . I had surgery on Friday and on Saturday I was up walking with no more back pain, after suffering for so long to me it was a miracle!
