I have so much to thank this man for. After 6 years of debilitating nerve pain I was referred to him and was able to see him within a few weeks. My Family is indebted to Dr Prashanth Rao. My husband was diagnosed with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus in April and was referred by his GP into the care of Dr Rao. Dr Rao saved my life! I was in so much pain in my back and leg life wasn’t really worth living. Dr Rao got me into hospital within two weeks of consultation even though we were going through the Covid 19 pandemic . I had surgery on Friday and on Saturday I was up walking with no more back pain, after suffering for so long to me it was a miracle! Helpful in every way. Professional but also personable. Takes time to listen and explain. Gives you confidence that you can trust his advice. His staff also do everything possible to assist you. Most importantly, amazing outcomes from surgery. Always kind and respectful in his communications - he even remembered the name of my carer.

Dr Rao's professionalism and ability to relate to patient on a personal level is impressive. His ability to understand a patient's condition and how it affects not only physically, but also emotionally is of the highest level. I was also impressed at how willing he is to respect all of the patient's wishes and concerns as to treatment being used. After 20 years of pain, I have finally found relief. Thank you very much.

Awesome doctor Ihave been in chronic pain for 10 years In the last 12 months I have had 5 surgeries groin, hips and bilateral hip replacements Dr Rao has relieved my pain and its the first time in 10 years I have slept for 6 hours straight Thank you so much

I found DR Rao to be confident and reassuring pre op. I was able to walk that night after the operation, I have had no pain at the site of the incision at all. Also a special thanks to Terrie -Anne and ladies for assisting me with my queries post op.
